Notes on the stock:

1. Credit is required if you use this. For DeviantArt use, This is done by leaving a link back to my DA page in your "Artist's comments" section of your deviation. Leaving a comment is also appreciated. I <3 seeing what people do with this.

2. Anatomy is not perfect. The intention of this stock is to provide a base form for designing clothes/hair for original characters, not to provide perfect anatomical reference. That's why it is a dress form.

3. Yes. I know he has shoes melded onto his feet.

... There seem to be many, many people out there who have no trouble drawing the female figure, but cannot seem to adjust to drawing the male figure. This can make them frustrated when trying to design male characters, so I decided to provide these basic dress forms to hopefully ease any frustration involved.
I made them originally for my own use in designing my own characters. Hope they're useful. <3

This...is actually a godsend, I think. I've been trying to make a decent "boy" base for my Principatus but it never came out right. This is awesome.

I think the colours fit very well with his design.
I don't think it's possible for you to do "too garish", though. Your designs have an affinity for bright colours, and the fact that the outfits are so busy makes the brightness of the colours fit all the better with the characters.

Your designs remind me of Hindu representations of the gods. <3

Really? *headscratch* I don't get a "Hindu" feeling from them unless their outfits are meant to be that way. Is it because of the bright colors?

I guess it's not so much a "Hindu" feeling, as the styles remind me of each other. Partly it is the bright colours, and partly it's the many small additions to the designs that seem like they have a lot more significance than just decoration, which reminds me a lot of all the little trinkets and symbolic items that you see surrounding the gods.

And I know the feeling. I have 12 or 13 more of my own main characters left, and it feels like it's taking FOREVER.
